• Product Description:
• ● A 1/4" pipe nipple is a 1/4" pipe made at certain preselected lengths. (Stainless Steel 304)
• ● Most commonly 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", and 12" lengths.
• ● 1/4" Male NPT threads on both ends
• Used for:
• ● Used to connect two 1/4" fittings at a certain distance apart.
• ● Used to add 1/4" piping to threaded components.
• ● Used to extend 1/4" piping.
• To Install:
• ● Thread one side of the 1/4" male threaded end into 1/4" female threads.
• ● Then thread the other end of the nipple.
• ● Tighten the connection as needed using a wrench if required.
• Also referred to as:
• ● 1/4" TBE Nipple.
• ● 1/4" Tube Nipple.
• ● 1/4" Barrel Nipple.
• Other Options:
• ● Other options include Hex Nipples, which are shorter and have a hex-shaped head between the threads.
• ● Another option is a Close Nipple, which is an all-threaded nipple.
