• Product Description:
• ● 1" Female Thread x 1" Female Thread with a central tightening nut between the threads. (Stainless Steel 304)
• Used for:
• ● Used to connect two 1" pipes or 1" male threaded fittings together.
• To Install:
• ● Thread both of the 1" female NPT threads onto 1" male NPT threads.
• ● If using Teflon tape or a pipe sealant, apply it to the threads before tightening.
• Also referred to as:
• ● 1" Threaded Pipe Union.
• Other Options:
• ● Other pipe connectors include Bell Reducers, which have different thread sizes on each end.
• ● Another threaded connector option is a Pipe Coupling, which does not have a tightening nut between the threaded ends.
