• Product Description:
• ● A 2" pipe nipple is a 2" pipe made at certain preselected lengths. (Stainless Steel 304)
• ● Most commonly 3", 4", 5", 6" and 8" lengths.
• ● 2" Male NPT threads on either end.
• Used for:
• ● Used to connect two 2" fittings at a specific pre-selected distance apart.
• ● Used to add 2" pipe lengths to threaded fittings and components.
• ● Used to extend 2" piping.
• To Install:
• ● Thread the 2" male threaded end into 2" female threads.
• ● Then thread the other end of the nipple.
• ● Tighten the connection, using a wrench if required.
• Also referred to as:
• ● 2" TBE Nipple.
• ● 2" Tube Nipple.
• ● 2" Barrel Nipple.
• Other Options:
• ● Other options include Hex Nipples, which have a hexagonal-shaped head between the threads.
• ● Another option is a Close Nipple, which has no unthreaded section between the threaded ends.
