Description:
● A Three Piece Ball Valve is a sanitary valve with three body parts and Tri-Clamp connection ends
● Polished to a sanitary finish.
Uses:
● Used to control flow in sanitary applications where regular cleaning or servicing of the valve is required.
● Can be disassembled for regular cleaning and servicing.
Installation:
● Will connect to tri-Clamp Flange ends of the same size.
Cleaning:
● The 4 bolts around the valve body can be loosened allowing the center piece to be removed for cleaning and servicing.
● While leaving the connection ends still installed in the application.
Port:
● Full port, a reduced port option is available for lower flow rates.
Advantages:
● Can be taken apart for cleaning or servicing, removing the middle section with the ball, while keeping the Tri-Clover ends connected to the application.
Materials:
● Manufactured out of 304 stainless steel. (316 available on request)

They are made out of stainless steel making them durable with excellent corrosion resistance, as well as making them ideal for clean in place (CIP) and sterilize in place (SIP) processes.
